SednaCom, the company providing services in open source software finished launching their online shop hotel Costes with Tiny ERP as back-office. 

A project of 5 months

As specified by the guide Michelin 2007, a high profile design was necessary for this extravagant luxury hotel. It was the team of Masomenos/ Costes-products, who provided the necessary elements to SednaCom company in order to form a site which was purified and functional. Almost all the range of products of"hotelcostes" are shown on the site.

For proper functioning of this shop it was necessary to have a tool which was innovating, progressive and able to deal all the important transactions.

SednaCom thus made its choice by choosing the software package of integrated management TinyERP, which is an open source software.

Thus the TinyERP software package, handles stocks and by-products of the online shop hotel Costes for multiple sites, purchases, sales, invoices (interface with the accounting software package SAGE) as well as a part of CRM.

 Specific interfaces were developed between the post department and Tiny ERP software package in order to automate shipments.

On the other hand, for simple and immediate update of the shop http://www.hotelcostes.com/ SednaCom carried out developments so as to manage price lists, description of products within TinyERP.

To date, the online shop has two international languages English and French
