[edit] The toolbar

Open ERP has a toolbar for common use of all the resources. The toolbar can take several forms; icons with texts, icons only, texts only. To change the layout, change in the menu: Option = Menubar.

By clicking on one of the buttons of the toolbar, the task addresses the tab/active window of the software. Some functions contain a combination of shortcut buttons as well. This allows you to access the menu more quickly.

CTRL + N : Create a new resource in the active task

CTRL + S : Save the active resource

CTRL + D : Delete the active resource

CTRL + E : Research by criteria

CTRL + W : Back to the previous resource. When you create new files, you have the possibility to go back to your last creation.

CTRL + X : Next resource

 : Type of view: form/list

CRTL + A : Execute a special action. Each type of resource can get different parameterized actions.

CTRL + P : Print informations to PDF. The printing is done all over the selection when you are in list mode, and on a unique resource when you are in form mode. You may have a preview before the printing or print directly (cfr: Menu - Option - Print)

 : Close the selected window

CTRL + O : Open the selected Window
