Filters and actions allow the user to select or deselect contents of the open file. Some of the possible actions are postings of SMS, mail merge, mass mailing, etc.

Search

Field in which you introduce your search.

On field

Name/Number research according to the following data: VAT, name, identity.

Select

While clicking on this control, you select all the lines intented to an action.

Deselect

You deselect the choosen fields.

Filter

Select ALL or NOTHING.

Actions

The actions are defined according to the file location. The partner file actions won't be the same as the invoice file actions.

Once the lines are selected and sent to an action, they are deleted from Filter field. Only lines 'not selected' are still on the screen.
