Our module of Human Resource is based on the employee concept. The "Employee" form includes essential information divided in 4 pages. The first one defines the administrative data.

An employee is a partner just like the others. The data entered in "Employee" are linked with the partner data. You can also connect your employee to an OpenERP user, you can find the further explanation on further.

Administrative data, as the amount of work done per week, the number of days off, take place in the "timesheet" section. The schedules per day may also be entered.

The last line of this view shows you if the employee is present or absent at this present time and allows you to change it to a different state.
