[edit] The marketing campaign
The marketing campaign contains the prospect form which is divided into two parts: general information and the history of the marketing campaign.
The prospect form is divided in stages: phone calls, e-mails, mass mailing... These stages enables cancelling or continuing the campaign according to various estimations: very interested, interested, urged, will not be recalled. This customer card also enables recording several contacts and addresses for the same customer.

| Step: | Nature of the step: first contact, sending to prospective customers, ... |
| Priority: | The set of priorities. |
| Recall Later: | Date for the telephone recall via an annual calendar. |
| Prospects notes: | Comments on the customer and/or partners. |
| Comments: | Comments on the stage of the marketing campaign, the prospect opinions, interests... |
| State: | The current state of the prospective customer: standby, normal, stopped |
| Continue campaign: | Activate and record the data in classes with the respective categories |
