Module: Stock Menu: Stock / Picking List
The packing list informs you about the details of the lot to be prepared according to an order, the location of the products (where you must go to find the product), the type of transport and the address to which the lot has to be sent to.

- Packing Name
- Name of the lot to be prepared.
- Date create
- Creation date.
- Pack lot
- Lot in which the goods are kept. If the field is empty, the goods are kept in a new lot.
- Intermediary location
- The place where the lot is placed after packing and before sending to the next location.
- Move order
- The command of movement from the source to the destination. It states the details of the transfer conditions
- Destination location
- The destination of the movement
- Shipping adress
- Delivery address.
[edit] The states
- Draft: The lot is waiting for being packed.
- Todo: The request for packing is made and the goods are reserved.
- Done: The lot is finished and stays in the destination location.
- Cancel: The lot can be canceled anytime.
The state is "Draft" until it is prepared. When the warehouseman decides to make the parcel n°22 for example, he clicks on "Confirm packing" and the state of the order turns to "todo". In this particular case, all the contents of the order are reserved for the parcel n°22.
Then, the lot is moved to the place defined by "Pack Container" (in this case "Input").
The warehouseman clicks on "Done Packing" to finish the action and the state of the order will be "Done".
