Module: Stock

Menu: Stock / Shipping

The "Shipping" request for delivery creates Packings. Shipping is created by the purchase orders. You can choose the type of packing: a batch divided into several parcels (inventory shortages); the parcels are sent as the products arrive or wait until the lot is complete before sending it.

The type of sending: in-house, delivery, reception.

Packaging Policy

Type of packing: Direct Packing, Per Product Packing, One Packing

Type of sending: Direct Delivery, All At ounce.

[edit] The states

• Draft: Shipping form on standby.
• Waiting goods: Products on standby.
• Waiting Pickings: Packing on standby.
• Done: Packings are finished and delivery notes have been printed.
• Exception: Error in Packing, correction at this level.
• Cancel: Cancel.
